In an effort to promote a healthier student lifestyle, the client and its culinary partners sought to revamp their student grocery service center. Working to ensure this remodel was executed in a tight three month time frame, Brodie worked diligently to ensure that everything from health department code adherence to the completion of the physical build were managed and delivered promptly and professionally. Designed to evoke a country style market experience, the space was designed to feature fresh produce, healthy snack alternatives, and a wide array of cold and hot beverage selections.
