The University's largest dining center was reimagined and transformed to an expansive and modern food service facility featuring exhibition-style cooking and multiple points of service within a marketplace environment. Brodie managed the design team, and brought in talented consultants required for the execution of the project vision. All demolition, reconstruction, equipment installation, and furnishing fit-out was completed in a tight three-month time frame. Brodie helped accomplish this feat by leading a fast-tracked design, permitting, and construction process. Highlights include the use of three-dimensional building information modeling and the extensive communication with the University support staff to ensure that the project was completed as envisioned on time and within budget.
