The Santa Clara Mission Cemetery initially requested Brodie's assistance to manage and renegotiate a disputed construction contract. This partnership then evolved into a complete overhaul of the original design with Brodie managing the value engineering design process and ultimately saving the client millions of dollars in construction costs. Brodie managed the entire construction process and provided administrative support as the Owner's representative. A state-of-the-art Mausoleum complex was created, including a cremation garden, multiple private family estates, and a variety of different niche and crypt options. The project was completed within the renegotiated budget and continues to serve as the property showcase for the cemetery.
