The continued growth of Santa Clara University has resulted in the need for two multi-level parking structures over the past two decades. Brodie worked with University officials to minimize the impact of parking on scarce campus land. Brodie provided full project management services for both parking structures, beginning with the Environmental Impact Reports. As the projects progressed, Brodie managed the entire permitting and construction processes. Highlights include the incorporation of specialty Campus Safety and Transportation offices, a 400kW photovoltaic array, and numerous electric vehicle charging stations.
