Santa Clara University aimed to build a single structure to house the School of Business, which was previously scattered across multiple campus buildings. Brodie oversaw the complete project, beginning with the University's ten year Master Plan and subsequent Environmental Impact Report. As the project came to fruition, Brodie managed all City Planning Commission and City Council presentations, as well as the building permit process. Brodie acted as the Owner's Representative, managing the entire project schedule, budget, capital funding, and construction. As the construction was completed, Brodie oversaw the complete activation process including the management of all building furnishing installs, and the faculty/staff move-in process.
